Meet Jessica

After graduating from culinary school, I worked in test kitchens, developing and testing recipes for Food & Wine magazine, Good Housekeeping magazine, Food Network magazine, and FoodNetwork.com. I developed all the recipes that went into Blue Apron boxes in their first year of business. At HelloFresh, I shifted their focus to be more family-friendly, using my then 2-year old as inspiration.

 

Now, I have two boys, ages 7 and 4, and life is crazier! I personally know how it feels to be defeated by dinner—after planning it, making it, and serving it, only to get moans and groans in return. I’ve made it my goal to change that, for my family, and yours! Let me take the time-sucking task AND mental load of meal planning off your plate.
